Brian Rowan started Charlie Mike Professional Services in 2019, but his journey to the present began with his military service after graduating high school in 2004. Brian attended the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and wrestled four years at the NCAA Division 1 level, before graduating in 2009 and beginning his active-duty service obligation. 

While on active duty for 9 years, Brian spent his formative years at Fort Campbell, KY with the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Fort Bragg, NC with the 82nd Airborne Division. Brian deployed twice to Afghanistan with the 101st Airborne Division (AASLT) and once to Iraq with the 82nd Airborne Division. Brian’s military career culminated as the Headquarters Company Commander of the Airborne & Special Operations Test Directorate at Fort Bragg, NC. 

Once Brian left active duty, he knew he wanted to continue his service to the country in some capacity. This is what led Brian to start Charlie Mike Professional Services. In military terms, “Charlie Mike” means to “Continue Mission”. Charlie Mike is a VetBiz Certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, that provides professionals to the federal government on a contract basis. The professional services that Charlie Mike provides, enable the government to continue their mission and reach their goals, to the fullest extent possible. Collectively, the management team at Charlie Mike has 15+ years of experience in the federal government sector, providing professional services to VA Medical Centers, various military installations, and privately held engineering and construction firms.
